Three situations where Pepepsor supports your skin.
Daytime skin support between nightly Nopsor applications
Pepepsor is a daytime moisturizing cream designed to keep skin soft and hydrated between nightly Nopsor treatments. While the Nopsor Ointment works overnight, Pepepsor maintains skin comfort through the day — especially on areas that tend to feel tight or dry.
Apply as many times as needed throughout the day. A gentle massage helps the cream absorb fully.
Hands and feet — daytime moisturizing support
For hands and feet, José Luis specifically recommends applying Pepepsor at least 3 times during the day. Hands and feet lose moisture quickly and are exposed to more friction and washing than other areas. Regular daytime moisturizing with Pepepsor maintains the skin between nightly Ointment applications.
Apply after washing hands. Keep a tube accessible during the day — consistency matters as much for daytime moisturizing as it does for the nightly routine.
Maintenance — keeping skin moisturized during remission
During remission, when psoriasis symptoms have cleared, Pepepsor serves as a daily moisturizer that keeps skin in good condition. Regular moisturizing is widely recognized as supportive for skin that has experienced psoriasis — it helps maintain the skin barrier and keeps skin comfortable.
Pepepsor will be replaced by Nopsor Day in September 2026. Same daytime support role, updated formula specifically developed for the US market.
Vitamins, plant oils, and botanical extracts.

Pepepsor is a cosmetic moisturizing cream. These are not drug claims. Pepepsor is not indicated to treat, prevent, or cure any skin condition.
Transitioning to Nopsor Day — September 2026
Pepepsor will be replaced by Nopsor Day, a new daytime cream formulated specifically for the US market. Same role in the routine — daytime skin support between nightly Nopsor applications. We'll update this page when Nopsor Day is available.
About Pepepsor Cream.
Is Pepepsor a psoriasis treatment?
No — Pepepsor is a cosmetic moisturizing cream, not an OTC drug product. It does not contain active drug ingredients and is not indicated to treat psoriasis. Its role is daytime skin moisturizing and support between nightly Nopsor applications.
How often should I apply it?
As many times as needed throughout the day. For hands and feet specifically, José Luis recommends at least 3 times daily. Apply with a gentle massage to improve absorption.
Can I use it on my face?
The label advises avoiding contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep away from the eye area. For facial use, consult a dermatologist — especially if you have sensitive or reactive skin.
Will Pepepsor still be available?
Pepepsor will be replaced by Nopsor Day in September 2026 — a new daytime cream formulated specifically for the US market. Existing Pepepsor stock will remain available until then. Nopsor Day will serve the same role in the routine.
Pepepsor by day. Nopsor at night.
Pepepsor keeps skin moisturized through the day. The Nopsor Treatment Set handles the nightly routine. Together they provide morning-to-bedtime skin support.
